Well the New Year started out quite lazily/quietly for us as ALL four of us caught a cold and spent our long weekend just laying around, eating takeout and watching movies. It was a welcome change to all of the hustle and bustle of the holidays and I am glad that we all could get it at once (the worst is when it's like dominos with one person getting sick as soon as another starts feeling better). It still stinks though and I am looking forward to us all being healthy again!
Lots of fun stuff is ahead for us this year and there is a lot of traveling in our future. Also, not only do I have to get the kiddos their passports for Mexico in May but I realized that it has already been almost 10 years since Marshall and I got our so we will have to send in our renewals, so it will be a pricey endeavor but certainly worth it as I hope to start traveling more with the kids now that they are older.
Speaking of the kids getting older Marshall and I are actually stepping out of our comfort zone and heading to Las Vegas at the end of this month to go to the Brad Paisley concert at Mandalay Bay. We are excited yet anxious to leave the kids overnight for the first time in their lives. I'm sure they will do fine, it will just be us that will be stressed out!

You say traveling??? How about a quick jaunt to Japan??? I think it will be super.
Have a great time traveling. May I recommend the CARES harness? A must to keep those little ones in their seats. A little pricey, but well worth it.
Happy 2012! Sounds like a great year coming up. Have fun in Vegas! Our first time ever leaving Eli overnight, we went to London! I wouldn't suggest that, but it all worked out great :)You guys will have a blast, and you'll be amazed how well the babies do.
