Fun times

I've been trying to be better about posting more often but have found that if I let it slip for a few days then those few days turn into a few more days and you get the drift... Anyway, things are good and we just had a nice visit with Marisa, Edgars and Grants and have many more things coming up here in the next six weeks. I'm going to try my best to relax and enjoy all of the activity and have basically decided that as long as I don't have a major meltdown I will count that as a huge success!

Roscoe seems to have grown up an awful lot in the last few weeks. It is as if things are really starting to click in his head and he's able to communicate with us better. The words he is now using quite consistently include Yes, Please, Mommy, Binky, Ball, Pee Pee, his "version" of Daddy (sounds more like Mommy but we know what he is trying to say) and I'm sure there are others I'm forgetting right now. He also wants to go sit on the potty whenever Hazel goes now. He certainly is nowhere near potty training in my opinion but I'm happy that he's interested in what she is doing and gets a better understanding of the whole thing.

As for Hazel, she is just such a big girl. She still has her usual gibberish (although Marshall and I are quite good at translating) but more and more she is coming out with full on sentences. She also has this incredible memory as she is recalling many events from before we even thought she understood what was really happening. She likes to sing songs (but not for an audience) and lately has really been enjoying playing dress up and watching Toy Story!

Silly story time!

There's no way around it, this is what a living room looks like when three kids are playing

LOL, I really should show my hubby the pic of the living room. I think he'll have a heart attack. He thinks Kaydriana's play messes are bad... he's in for a rude awakening when there are two of them!
