Heading to Disney!!

Well we are going to be leaving for Disneyland this weekend to celebrate Cullen's first birthday. I can not believe that it has already been (almost) a year since he was born, I remember it like it was yesterday! Actually, it sticks out in my mind even a little more than my own births since I was just an outsider watching it and not the one writhing in pain :) My prediction is that Hazel is really going to enjoy it and that Roscoe will take it in between cat naps in the stroller.

Hazel is becoming more and more of a little kid. She talks so much now but in a language that only Marshall and I really understand. It blows my mind when we go and visit her other friends and they can speak their words so clearly but maybe don't have as big of a vocabulary as Hazel. The thing is, even though she may not say all of her words "correctly" she is most definitely consistent in what she calls things, so the second that changes she will be talking like crazy!

Roscoe is doing great and finally realizing that he has this crazy big sister around to entertain him around the clock. I've often noticed that he watches her almost like an American watches one of those crazy Japanese game shows... A bit of confusion combined with a heavy dose of hilarity! He had his 6 month checkup this month and is doing great. He weighed in at 16 pounds 6 ounces (25th percentile) and 27 inches (75th percentile)... what a far cry from Hazel who hit these marks at 3 1/2 months!
