Things are going well for us and I can't believe we will be in the single digits for our weekly countdown very soon. I'm hanging in there but have had considerable low back pain these last few days (where it is difficult to just walk, let alone pick up Hazel) as well as a cold, so I am just wiped out at the end of each day. We went to a U-pick Cherry Farm this past weekend and had a lot of fun picking delicious Tulare cherries and making a cherry crisp. Needless to say we are planning on making this an annual tradition :)
Hazel keeps getting bigger and now all four of her first molars are out (phew). Next up are the canines and then the second year molars. It seems like she has been getting teeth constantly, it will be nice when it is over with! She is still curious as ever and her new favorite past time is opening the dishwasher (and even figuring out the child-lock we bought for it). We also finally found some sippy cups that she can use easily so she is drinking her milk about 75% out of the cup and 25% from the bottle. It is just so exciting to see her getting older and more independent!

So interesting and curious to see that empty seat next to her in the stroller!! Little does she know that very soon, that seat will be taken by one of her best friends! I miss you guys!
i like lili's comment!
Great pic of the cherries guys...professional photography in the future?
Sorry you are having problems with the dishwasher. We are lucky enough to be able to block off the kitchen and dining room or we would be in trouble.
What sippy's are you using for her? Luke has two he will use but mainly only water. I've started sending his afternoon milk in a cup to daycare and its about 50/50 that he will drink it. Its a big step though because he used to scream and throw it if it was anything other than water.
Hope you stay cool!
Yum, cherries! I'm surprised the u-pick farm isn't already one of your annual family traditions. Delicious!
Nik loves his Nuby sippy cup with the straw! He does great with the straw one and not as great with just the sippy cup.
Double stroller! Wow!
